以我們農場 酵素種植的小黃薑 鮮榨而成。鮮薑先榨取原汁,再以網袋隔渣、手工再榨,萃取出更濃縮的薑汁精華。辛香濃郁、暖身健胃,適合日常飲用與料理。

使用方法 / How to Use:
1. 將凍藏小黃薑汁解凍
2. 搖勻瓶身
3. 取 10–20ml
4. 加入熱水、溫水、果汁或料理

番薯糖水用法:
在煮好的番薯糖水中加入 10–15ml,建議關火後加入,味道更柔和

Made from enzyme-grown yellow ginger from our farm.
We first press the fresh ginger, then strain it through a mesh bag and hand-press again to extract a richer, more concentrated ginger essence.
Warm, bold, and naturally invigorating for daily use.

Uses:
- Warm drink: Mix with hot or warm water
- Daily wellness: Take small amounts for vitality
- Cooking: Enhances soups, sauces, and dishes
- Sweet potato dessert soup: Adds warmth and aroma

How to Use:
1. Thaw the frozen ginger juice
2. Shake well
3. Use 10–20ml
4. Add to hot water, warm water, juice, or recipes

For sweet potato dessert soup:
Add 10–15ml after turning off the heat for smoother ginger flavour
